I’ve been coaching for over 15 years, helping men and women build strength, consistency, and a healthier relationship with their body. What matters most to me isn’t just physical progress - it’s helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more comfortable in themselves, both in and out of the gym.
My coaching is calm, supportive, and realistic. We focus on building habits that fit your life. Not forcing you into extremes. So that you can move, train, and feel better in a way that actually lasts.

Hi, I'm Hannah, the Yogi and Co-Owner of The Feel Good Space.
As a yoga teacher, it is part of my devotion to the practices I learn from and share, to remain a lifelong student. To dive deeply into the corners of the practice of yoga and its many limbs, which opens the door for others to do the same - in whatever capacity that might be.
I hope to become the storyteller, truth sharer, embodied wisdom keeper, and to pass along the knowledge I have found the most elevating in my own journey through this thing we call life.
